Returns Policy
At Teana Wagner Design and Design Diplomat, we strive to ensure that each item you purchase is of the highest quality and meets the unique standards of our curated collections. We understand, however, that issues may arise with your order. Please review our returns policy below which applies to all our home goods, clothing, and accessories.
Home Goods: All sales of home goods through SideDoor are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items. If your item arrives damaged, please report this issue to a SideDoor team member immediately at info@onsidedoor.com. SideDoor will address the damage by either dispatching a repair person to fix the item or by sending a replacement product. Please contact them within 48 hours of delivery to report any damages.
Clothing and Accessories: All sales of clothing and accessories are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items. If you receive damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at teana@teanawagnerdesign.com. We will coordinate with you to assess the damage and to determine if a replacement is necessary.
Reporting Damages: To report any damages, please follow these steps:

Please ensure that you report the damage within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Reports received after this timeframe may not be eligible for repair or replacement.
